Thank you for shopping with PLUPEP. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders within Canada. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays)
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped
- During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across Canada, including all provinces and territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after the order has shipped:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
- Remote Areas (Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, rural regions): Additional 3–7 business days may apply
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
We ship through trusted Canadian carriers, including:
- Canada Post
- Purolator
- UPS
- FedEx
The carrier used may vary based on destination, order size, and service availability.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method
- All rates are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST/QST) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping province
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders over a promotional threshold (if applicable). Free shipping offers are valid within Canada only and exclude remote areas where surcharges may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at sofie.baby00@icloud.com.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable:
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery
- Re-shipping fees will apply
- If you choose to cancel the order, a refund will be issued for the product cost only (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, PLUPEP is not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we'll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbours, household members, or your building's mailroom
- Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
- Reach out to us at sofie.baby00@icloud.com and we'll assist where possible
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sofie.baby00@icloud.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement
- Once an order has entered processing or shipped, changes cannot be made
- To request a change, email sofie.baby00@icloud.com as soon as possible
